This Privacy Policy explains how DG Pro LLC ("DG Pro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the AstraDrift mobile application ("AstraDrift," or the "App"), available on the App Store and Google Play, and any related websites, including astradrift.com (together, the "Services").
AstraDrift is a sleep and wellness companion app offering guided meditation, sleep stories, soundscapes, nightly wind-down rituals, stress-release exercises, sleep tracking, and Nova, a virtual sleep companion.
By using AstraDrift, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
When you create an AstraDrift account, we collect the information provided through your chosen sign-in method:
If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through the App Store or Google Play, we may receive limited information about your subscription or purchase, such as subscription status, product purchased, transaction identifier, and renewal or expiration status. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, and AstraDrift does not receive or store your full payment card information.
If you choose to add a profile photo, AstraDrift requests access to your device's camera and/or photo library so you can take or select a picture. This access is optional and only used for the purpose you initiate it for — we do not access your camera or photo library in the background or for any other purpose.
To provide AstraDrift's core features, we collect the information you generate while using the app, including:
We collect your device type and operating system version (iOS or Android) in order to detect your platform and show you the correct OS-specific features and options within the app.
AstraDrift does not request or collect your device's precise or approximate location. Any currency or regional pricing display is handled directly by the App Store and Google Play based on your account settings with those platforms, not by AstraDrift.
User-generated content (such as personal journal entries saved for later review) is planned for a future version of AstraDrift and is not part of the current release. This policy will be updated before that feature launches, and it will describe how that content is stored and protected.
The AstraDrift mobile app does not currently use cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics SDKs. Our website (astradrift.com) may use basic functional cookies necessary for the site to operate.
If we introduce advertising, analytics, or other tracking technologies in the future, this section will be updated in advance to describe what technologies are used, what data they collect, and how you can control or opt out of them.

AstraDrift currently does not integrate any third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools. If we introduce these in the future, this policy will be updated to name the specific providers and describe what data they receive.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Certain account information, including your sleep history, streaks, and Nova companion progress, may be retained while your account remains active so that these features remain available to you. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as described in Section 7, except where retention is required to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or other obligations.
You may request deletion of your AstraDrift account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@astradrift.com with your account details and a deletion request.
We will verify your request and delete your account and personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
In-app self-service account deletion is planned for a future release. Until that feature is available, deletion requests are handled manually via the email address above.
AstraDrift is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Under Article 27 of the GDPR, companies based outside the EU that process the personal data of EU residents at scale are generally required to designate a representative established in the EU. DG Pro LLC is a U.S. entity with no EU establishment. This section should be completed with the name and contact details of your designated EU representative before this policy is published, or you should confirm with legal counsel whether an exemption applies to AstraDrift's current scale. We have not filled in a placeholder representative here, since this requires an actual appointed party, not a generic entry.

To the extent AstraDrift collects consumer health data under these laws, we do not sell this data, and we only share it as necessary to provide the Services (see Section 5) or as required by law. If you are a resident of Nevada or Washington, you may exercise your rights regarding consumer health data by contacting support@astradrift.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
AstraDrift is offered worldwide, and DG Pro LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect new features (such as the user-generated content and advertising functionality noted above).
