Based on how you're feeling, it guides you toward the right way down — Slumber for a nightly wind-down ritual, ZenCalm for guided breathing and body-scan meditation, Release for unwinding stress, or a Soundscape to fall asleep to.
Nova is your sleep companion inside AstraDrift — a dog or cat you choose and name when you get started. Nova responds to how you actually sleep: good nights keep Nova happy and thriving, while missed sleep goals take a toll. It's a gentle way to stay motivated that a plain checklist can't offer.

AstraDrift comes with a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an in-app purchase.
