These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and DG Pro LLC ("DG Pro," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AstraDrift mobile application, available on the App Store and Google Play, and any related websites, including astradrift.com (together, the "Services").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AstraDrift. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. AstraDrift is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
You may create an AstraDrift account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@astradrift.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features from AstraDrift at any time, with or without notice.
AstraDrift is a wellness and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have a sleep disorder, mental health condition, or any other medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
AstraDrift's guided meditations, breathing exercises, sleep stories, and soundscapes are designed to relax you and induce drowsiness. You must not use the app, or listen to its audio content, while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention and alertness. DG Pro LLC is not responsible for any injury, harm, or loss arising from use of the Services in such circumstances.
AstraDrift offers a 7-day free trial on the Annual plan. The Monthly plan does not include a free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access to AstraDrift requires an active subscription.
All payments and subscriptions are processed directly through Apple's App Store or Google Play's native billing systems, depending on which platform you downloaded AstraDrift from. DG Pro LLC does not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions, where applicable, may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective subscription policies.
You may cancel your free trial or subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or Google Play account settings, depending on where you subscribed. DG Pro LLC cannot process cancellations directly, as billing is managed entirely by Apple and Google.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's and Google's own refund policies, since they process all payments. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Visit Apple's or Google Play's support pages to request a refund for your purchase.
When using AstraDrift, you agree not to:
AstraDrift, including its name, logo, Nova the sleep companion, app design, content, features, and all related intellectual property, is owned by DG Pro LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on AstraDrift without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AstraDrift for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
AstraDrift plans to introduce features that allow you to save personal content (such as journal entries) for later review in a future update. This section will be expanded to describe ownership, storage, and usage rights for that content before it launches. As of this version of the Terms, AstraDrift does not offer user-generated content features.
AstraDrift integrates with the following third-party services:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AstraDrift, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms AstraDrift, other users, or DG Pro LLC.
You may stop using AstraDrift and request account deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SLEEP, WELLNESS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES WILL RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF ASTRADRIFT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DG PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DG Pro LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DG Pro LLC regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements. DG Pro LLC may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of any consumer protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new features such as user-generated content or advertising. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of AstraDrift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
